Lea Sorrentino is the Vice President at Bunchball who has worked with clients across industries with a focus on supporting and maximizing consumer and employee engagement, specializing in gamification. Sorrentino has over ten years of strategy experience servicing notable customers like Atlassian, Acuity and Xfinity.

In addition to strategy, Sorrentino stays connected to new media advancements as an Adjunct Professor of New Media Arts in Philadelphia. As a mixed media artist and writer who had exhibited her artwork nationally and internationally, she was recognized by the Walker Art Center as one of the Top 10 Artists to Watch.

With over 17 years at Subaru of America, Jim Riedel is Director of Technical Training, responsible for shaping the strategy, development, and delivery of national training programs. He has held leadership roles across both product and technical training, guiding teams of more than 35 professionals and collaborating with stakeholders nationwide to strengthen dealer expertise and customer experience. Jim’s work centers on designing innovative, interactive training solutions that highlight Subaru’s value, enhance retailer proficiency, and foster lasting customer loyalty.
