The modern employee experience is being shaped by more than good intentions; it’s being shaped by recognition that spreads, feedback that fuels performance, and systems designed to deliver real business outcomes.

Join Mark Hirschfeld and Amy Stern of BI WORLDWIDE on Wednesday, February 25 at 12:00 PM ET / 11:00 AM CT / 9:00 AM PT for a practical, research-backed conversation on what actually drives employee inspiration today and how leading organizations are turning insight into action.

Drawing from The New Rules of Engagement®, this session will explore how recognition becomes contagious, why deskless employees remain a critical (and often overlooked) opportunity, how milestones shape culture, and where AI can amplify—not replace—the human experience at work. We’ll also unpack what it really takes to manage change, activate employee ideas, and connect feedback and recognition in ways that move performance forward.

What will you learn at this webinar?

  • How to design recognition strategies that drive measurable business outcomes—not just engagement scores
  • Why recognition contagion matters, and how to intentionally spark it across teams
  • Practical ways to engage deskless employees with more meaningful connection and visibility
  • How milestone recognition strengthens belonging and culture when done right
  • Where AI fits into the employee experience as a force multiplier, not a threat
  • How to combine feedback, recognition, and ideas to support employees through constant change

If you’re ready to move from insight to impact and build an employee experience that actually delivers, this conversation is your blueprint.
