Most organizations are asking the wrong question: “What rewards do employees want?” The answer is usually cash—but behavioral economics and modern motivation science show that what people say they want isn’t always what drives stronger performance. Real impact comes from understanding how motivation actually works, especially across the middle of your sales team where the greatest opportunity for lift often exists.

Join us in person on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 11:15 AM at Curtis Ballroom to hear Dr. Brad Shuck, University of Louisville professor and globally recognized expert in sales, employee engagement, and motivation, as he shares evidence-based strategies to unlock smarter, more effective performance across your workforce.

You'll learn:

  • How to apply behavioral economics principles to inspire every level of your workforce
  • Why your middle performers represent your greatest opportunity for growth and what reliably motivates them
  • Which types of rewards drive the most impact (and which popular options fall flat)

Agenda:

  • 11:15-11:30: check-in
  • 11:30-12:00: lunch
  • 12:00-1:00: seminar
