Ken Fairchild

Senior Vice President, Global Rewards

Ken Fairchild is the Senior Vice President of Global Rewards for Medtronic based in Minneapolis, MN. In his role, he is responsible for Total Reward programs including job structure and titles, compensation (broad-based, executive, and sales), incentives, benefits, global mobility, employee assistance, recognition programs, and payroll. In addition, Ken is also responsible for Board of Director compensation.

During his tenure with Medtronic beginning in 2000, Ken also served as the Director of U.S. Compensation as well as the Director of Neuromodulation Sales Compensation.

Prior to joining Medtronic, Ken worked for US Bank as a Commercial and Retail Banking Sales Manager and then as a Sales Compensation Manager.

Ken received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
