Katy Howell

Commercial Brand and Marketing Manager, North America

Katy Howell is the North America Commercial Marketing Manager for the finished lubricants division at ExxonMobil. Over the course of her 20-year career with ExxonMobil, she has done sales, marketing, revenue management and more. In her current role, she leads growth strategies for a diverse business, serving industries from on-highway trucks to manufacturing facilities and mines for a billion-dollar Mobil brand. She is passionate about driving growth, both of the brand and her people.

Katy has a degree in chemical engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from William and Mary Mason School of Business. When she’s not at work, she loves to travel, cook, or be outside with her husband Brad and their two sons.
